| ABOUT THE OLDHAM FAMILY Brody Oldham is a graduate of Missouri Auction School and a member of the Missouri Professional Auctioneer Association. Brody, and his wife Emily live in Odessa, Mo and are the proud parents of four boys, 8 year old Nathen, 6 year old Brock, 3 year old Ace, and 1 year old Jack. Leonard is a graduate of the Herb Butterball School of Auctioneering in Kansas City, and a member of the Missouri Professional Auctioneer Association. Leonard and his wife Stella live in Grain Valley, MO where they have been married for 39 years. All family members have a specific job associated with the auction business. Leonard, Brody, and Emily are all honorable veterans of the United States Military. WHAT WE DO & HOW WE DO IT Oldham Auctions is a full-time family owned, and operated business that can help you achieve your goals for any kind, or size of sale. Located in Grain Valley, and Odessa Missouri we cover all of the Kansas City area and travel throughout the state. Oldham Auctions offers the seller's the choice of having either a on-site, on-line, or in-house auction. With all on-site auctions our company can provide your sale with our mobile office, trailers, tables, internet capabilities, concession, and everything needed for a successful, and organized auction. If using a facility is what you need for your sale, then we are happy to use our 10,000 sqft building for any auction. We hold weekly sales every Thursday at 5:30pm inside the auction barn. If you haven't got enough to host your own on-site auction, then the weekly sales may be the best option for you. No matter when, why, where, or how BIG or small the auction, or if its held on-site, on-line, or in-house we always treat every sale with the highest level of integrity, and professionalism. Our marketing techniques will find the specific buyers for your auction. We use multiple internet websites, magazines, newspapers, fliers, signs, mailing list, and other methods of advertising to promote your sale. Oldham Auctions accepts most credit cards during our auctions, which benefits both sellers and buyers. Our company also uses the latest check verification software, and finger printing, to take away the worry of returned checks. Our cashiers use computerized clerking which means you will normally get paid the same day, with a detailed description of your auction.
