Due To Covid-19 This Will Be A On-Line Simulcast Auction With Live Audio & Video, And All Bidding Will Take Place On Our Website. Online Pre-Bidding Is Available If You Are Not Able To Participate During The Simulcast Auction. It Is Recommended That Interested Buyers Go Ahead And Register Now and Set-Up Your Account.   • Sale Order Is As Follow: Chickens, Rabbits, Steers, Lambs, Swine, Goats, Hams.
  • Online Pre-Bids Will Be Accepted On Our Website Up Until The Simulcast Auction Begins On Friday, July 10th @ 6:30pm.
  • At Approx. 6:30pm The Simulcast Portion Of The Auction Will Begin, This Will Include Live Video Of The Exhibitors Showcasing Their Livestock Along With Live Audio Of The Auctioneer Calling The Bids.
  • Anyone Wanting To Place Pre-Bids and/or Simulcast Bids Must Register Through The Oldham Auctions Website.
  • All Livestock Will Be Sold By The Head, Not By The Pound.

  • Oldham Auctions and Seller(s) disclose all items are sold as is, where is. No guarantees and/or warranties are expressed or implied, and all sales are final.
  • It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding to determine actual current condition, all faults, all defects, and any errors of description.
  • It is the buyers' responsibility to place bids accordingly and correctly. Bids are not allowed to be retracted unless authorized by Oldham Auctions.
  • Oldham Auctions reserves the right to extend, pause, or remove the auction and/or individual items at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Oldham Auctions reserves the right to reject any off increment bids during the live auction.
  • Online Pre-Bidding will start closing out Friday, July 10th at 6:30pm CST.
  • Live Simulcast Auction will start at approx. 6:30pm CST on Friday, July 10th
  • Absentee bids, proxy bids, and online bids are legal and binding. The winning bidder must pay for the item(s) in full before removal.
  • It is the buyers’ responsibility to keep their profile up-to-date with correct contact & billing information.
  • Buyers will be barred from Oldham Auctions and legal action may be taken for but not limited to default of payment, tampering of the auction process, or any other action intended to harm Oldham Auctions LLC, Sellers’, or Buyers’.
  • Buyers and all individuals participating and/or attending the auction agree to hold harmless Oldham Auctions LLC, all staff members, all associates, and owners/sellers of the property from any liability, including but not limited to bodily harm, personal injury, disease and/or illness or sickness, loss, breakage, damage, mechanical issues, theft, fire, or any other occurrence.
  • Oldham Auctions LLC, all staff members, all associates, and owners/sellers shall not be responsible in any manner for any type of damages, caused in whole or in part, by the packing, shipping, loading or transporting of any items once they have been purchased by the buyer.
  • Oldham Auctions LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder(s). Bidder(s) acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder(s) have any claim against Oldham Auctions LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Oldham Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
  • This 2020 sale will be a Live-Virtual Auction through Oldham Auctions. Exhibitors will sell their animal in the arena Via live video and audio, however all bids will be taken online through the Oldham Auctions bidding platform.
  • The Johnson County Livestock Committee will bill the buyers after the sale. The committee can accept cash or check as payment.
  • All exhibitors will be responsible in contacting their buyers after the sale to determine what the buyer would like done with the animal/ham. Failure to contact your buyer may result in a No Sale and the exhibitor will forfeit the sale profit.
  • Only Johnson County 4-H and FFA exhibitors may offer animals for sale. Steers, market lambs and market kids must have been in the weigh-in program to be eligible to sell.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to reach out to potential buyers in the interest of the sale.
